Highlands Selection Centre is the largest showroom of it’s type in the Southern Highlands, purpose built for interior designers, tradesman, builders and DIY enthusiasts, providing a local destination to source kitchen, bathroom and laundry products and appliances for any new build or renovation.

We’re looking for a vibrant retail sales consultant who will provide excellent sales and service in our newly established Tile Showroom in the Highlands Selection Centre.

**We want to hear from you if you**:

- have experience in tile and or bathroomware sales (favourably received)
- experience and passion for retail sales, offering customers exceptional customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
- are driven to achieve and where ever possible exceed sales targets
- are dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer
- have a passion for design and current interior trends
- want to be part of a fun growing sales team and local business
- have proficient administration and computer skills
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- are strong in organisational and time management skills
- are physically fit for light lifting of tiles in showroom
- you are available to work weekends as needed
- are ready to join our team ASAP

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- developing relationships with new and existing customers to help them realise their design needs
- processing sales efficiently and accurately including working with suppliers and freight logistics
- timely follow ups with customer enquiries, quotations orders for both trade and retail customers
- accurately complete administrative duties relating to your sales
- assist with product planning and placement in the tile showroom

Product and procedures training will be provided with ongoing career development and training offered for the right applicant.
