Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the current cleaning team to ensure high standards of performance and service delivery.
  • Conduct site audits to monitor compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service requirements.
  • Oversee and perform cleaning tasks as needed to ensure scope requirements are consistently met.
  • Promote and uphold safety standards across all cleaning operations.
  • Provide training, development, and support to team members to foster growth and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Extensive commercial cleaning knowledge, including hygiene practices and cleaning protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate working crews effectively.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and current Working with Vulnerable People Card.
  • Recent national Police check.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of staff and clients.
  • Availability for a Monday to Friday roster, with some weekend work and participation in a rotating on-call roster.
