Lead Major Civil Projects – Join a Growing Team

We're seeking a Senior Civil Supervisor to lead high-value civil construction projects and drive excellence on-site. This is a pivotal role for someone with deep diverse industry experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

While the role is primarily based in Southern Tasmania, there may be opportunities to contribute to projects across the state, including Northern Tasmania.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver projects with full site responsibility.
  • Lead and mentor leading hands and site crews.
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years in civil construction, including large-scale project supervision.
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Construction or Project Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
  • A passion for safety, quality, and team development.
