Contractor Engagement and Supervision
- Assist with contractor compliance inspections, including site safety checks, work scope adherence, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct pre-start briefings, site inductions, and safety checks to ensure contractors understand scope, environmental sensitivities, and compliance requirements.
Operational Integration and Risk Mitigation
- Coordinate vegetation activities with field teams to align with operational schedules, drilling campaigns, and infrastructure projects.
- Identify and mitigate vegetation-related risks such as fire hazards, erosion, access issues, and biosecurity threats.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
- Liaise with Land Access, HSE, Development, and Operations teams to ensure vegetation programs align with business priorities.
- Provide regular reports on program progress, budget, compliance, and risks to operational leadership.
