About the role

Transport Field Service is seeking experienced Light Vehicle & Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Auto Electricians and Trades Assistants to join our team in Warwick, Queensland. Our customer base and workload are increasing, so we have multiple roles on offer. These are full-time opportunities to work on a diverse range of vehicles and equipment.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose, service and repair light and heavy vehicles, plant and equipment
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections on a range of vehicles and machinery
  • Assist with electrical repairs and installations, including auto electrical work
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work completed
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

What we're looking for

  • Trade qualifications in Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle or Auto Electrical mechanics
  • Light vehicle Mechanics looking to upskill
  • Trade Assistants with experience in light/heavy vehicle repairs
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Current driver's licence
  • Proven track record of safe work practices and procedures
