We are passionate about empowering people to realise their career aspirations and we are looking for a confident, phone based Course Advisor to join our high-performing team in Balcatta.

Your Role

As a Course Advisor, you will be speaking with prospective students who have enquired via our website, online platforms or through our digital marketing campaigns. You will uncover their goals, explain how government funding works, and guide them through the enrolment process with clarity and care.

This is a phone based role where around 80–90% of your day will be spent speaking with students over the phone, supported by SMS and email follow ups. You will follow a proven consultative sales process, ask deeper questions and deliver tailored solutions that drive real outcomes.

What You'll Do


• Engage prospective students via inbound and outbound calls — no cold calling


• Build rapport and uncover motivations, challenges and career goals


• Present course options and funding eligibility with clarity and confidence


• Guide students step-by-step through the enrolment process


• Use CRM data to manage your pipeline, optimise performance and spot trends


• Work toward daily, weekly and monthly targets with coaching and team support


• Collaborate with campus teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student

success

What You Will Bring


• Experience in phone based customer service or contact centre roles


• Sales or consultative experience (or the drive and confidence to learn)


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• High attention to detail and process adherence


• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and meet KPIs


• Empathy, resilience and a genuine commitment to student outcomes


• Proactive mindset with strong organisational and multitasking skills


• CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) and solid data entry skills (helpful but not

essential)
