- Support the delivery of internal campaigns and events, from content creation to logistics
- Create a variety of dynamic visual, written and digital communications including video, podcasts, news stories and social content
- Balance creative work (writing, storytelling, content creation) with operational and admin tasks (platform management, content planning and reporting)
- Collaborate with marketing, PR and other teams to deliver a team member first communication approach
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to co-create communications that are inclusive, engaging and aligned to our culture and strategic pillars.
About you
- You're energised by a busy environment and love having lots on the go
- You're a natural connector, curious, proactive and great at building relationships
- You're inspired by communications and storytelling, always on the lookout for new stories and opportunities to share them
- You enjoy both the creative and operational sides of comms, from writing to platform management
- You're organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities
- You have 3–5 years' experience in internal communications, ideally in a fast-paced, creative environment
- You're comfortable working with digital platforms and enjoy experimenting with new ways to engage people, whether through video, events, or interactive content
- You believe in the power of communications to shape strategy and culture.
