We are recruiting a candidate to work within our Vet N Farm Team. You'll deal with Shop & Display organisation, receive, despatch goods and monitor stock levels for our National Ecommerce business This position is currently available at our Currumbin Waters office.

Job Description

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be collaborating with the purchasing and sales teams to maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. Experience in Farming/Agriculture would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. The successful applicant will be trained on all aspects of our supply chain, sales and customer services operations, currently supplying AgTech products to a diverse customer base located throughout Australia and New Zealand. This is a Full-time Monday-Friday position with flexible working hours available between 8am – 5pm.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Focus on our customer facing shopfront image and provide outstanding customer service as required.
  • Strategize and implement ways to increase our local customer base.
  • Receive and despatch AgTech solutions through various logistics platforms while accurately recording inventory levels.
  • Create and process purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain, contribute to and update ERP & CRM systems.
  • Serve as the interface between supply chain and sales team.
  • Understand and follow company guidelines and procedures.
  • Requires good level of fitness as occasional heavy lifting required.

Your background will demonstrate:

  • Competence in the use of computer systems including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
  • Organised, reliable and punctual.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good with numbers and an accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Quick to gain product knowledge and keen to remain up to date with new products.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and systems.
  • Ability to work within a busy team environment or work autonomously when required.
  • Own transport preferably.
  • Common sense attitude, seeking to train in new role.
  • Self-motivated, customer focused, and hardworking.
