We are looking for a Customer Service superstar

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm | Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm

One day off during the week with Saturday shift alternating two on, one off.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our fun, fast-paced vehicle hire company This is a hands-on role that blends office admin and customer service with vehicle cleaning and fleet maintenance. If you enjoy variety in your day, problem-solving, and working with a supportive team – we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Handle bookings, emails, and office administration tasks
  • Assist customers with vehicle pick-ups and returns
  • Perform basic checks and help maintain fleet presentation and readiness
Requirements:
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's licence required (manual licence an advantage)
  • Some light physical work involved
