Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team to support our WA office with administrative and sales tasks.
Location: Canning Vale, WA
Responsibilities- Handle incoming sales calls and counter queries.
- Assist with processing a high volume of orders & quotes.
- Ensure pricing and purchase orders are correct.
- Support sales team operations.
- Manage customer phone calls and emails promptly.
- Relay important customer feedback internally.
- Maintain updated sales and customer records.
- Stay informed about new products and features.
- Proven experience in Customer Service or Sales support.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in G Suite (Gmail and Google Calendar).
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn about the Solar Industry.
