Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team to support our WA office with administrative and sales tasks.

Location: Canning Vale, WA

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming sales calls and counter queries.
  • Assist with processing a high volume of orders & quotes.
  • Ensure pricing and purchase orders are correct.
  • Support sales team operations.
  • Manage customer phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Relay important customer feedback internally.
  • Maintain updated sales and customer records.
  • Stay informed about new products and features.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Service or Sales support.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in G Suite (Gmail and Google Calendar).
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn about the Solar Industry.
