We're hiring a Male Support Worker – Daglish (Perth WA)

We're looking for a male support worker, aged around 35 to 45, to support a participant in his 50s based in Daglish. This role requires someone emotionally grounded, mature, and confident in providing both practical and emotional support.

The participant enjoys deep conversation around arts, films, football, psychology, and philosophy. We're after someone who can genuinely connect, hold space, and recognise early signs of anxiety or emotional shifts.

Key details:

  • Set roster – split shifts (7am–10am & 4pm–7pm)
  • Support with daily routines, transport, and community access
  • Emotional awareness and calm communication are essential
  • Must be based near Daglish/North Perth

Requirements:

  • Male, aged 35–45
  • Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car
  • NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR
  • Comfortable working alongside families and allied health teams
