Consolidated Linen Service (CLS) is a family-owned business providing high-quality linen and laundry services to some of Queensland's most iconic resorts, hotels, and health facilities. We're looking for a detail-driven Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cannonvale.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer service, administration, and data management. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, provide administrative support to management, and help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone and email.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems and databases.
  • Prepare and process orders, and reports.
  • Support procurement activities such as raising purchase orders and managing supplier communication.
  • Assist with internal reporting, record keeping, and general office administration.
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and follow up safety-related tasks, training records, and action registers.
  • Assist with staff engagement and culture initiatives such as recognition programs and events.
About You
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • High computer literacy with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics administration is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
