About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team, servicing clients and travelling throughout New South Wales. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience in on-the-road B2B sales, preferably within the hair and beauty industry.
You'll be responsible for managing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across a designated territory. With the tools of the trade provided and a competitive salary + bonus structure, this is an exciting long-term career opportunity with a company that truly values its people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a client portfolio across metro and regional areas
- Build strong business relationships and deliver tailored product solutions
- Drive sales through strategic planning, account management, and new client acquisition
- Promote and educate clients on our leading product range
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service
- Represent our brand with professionalism and passion at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Proven on-road B2B sales experience, ideally in the hair or beauty industry
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to manage a territory call cycle and travel as required
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, assess client needs, and generate new business
- A hairdressing or beauty background is advantageous, but not essential
- Valid New South Wales Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
