About the Role

East Arnhem Real Estate is seeking a proven Senior Property Manager with demonstrated leadership experience to head our Property Management Department. This is a strategic and operational leadership role — ideal for someone who has successfully led teams of Property Managers or Agents and is ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic regional business.

You'll oversee performance, mentor staff, and contribute to business growth across a diverse portfolio that spans residential, commercial, and remote housing services.

  • Lead and manage the Property Management team, ensuring alignment with EARE's values, standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee portfolio performance and ensure exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders
  • Guide the team in managing applications, lease documentation, inspections, and day-to-day operations
  • Drive conflict resolution and negotiation strategies across the department
  • Collaborate with Directors to manage departmental budgets, policies, and growth strategies
  • Lead initiatives to expand the rent roll, improve client satisfaction, and elevate team capability
  • Provide regular reporting to business owner and contribute to operational decision-making
  • Full department leadership including recruitment, performance management, and professional development
What You'll Bring
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or higher)
  • Extensive experience in a Senior Property Manager or Head of Department role
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of Property Managers or Agents
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation (NT knowledge desirable)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Desirable: Additional qualifications or experience in project management, finance, or business operations
  • Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
  • Australian Citizenship or full working rights
  • Tech confidence (Microsoft Office, real estate software)
