
Senior Property Manager – Lead a High-Performing Team in East Arnhem Land

About the RoleEast Arnhem Real Estate is seeking a proven Senior Property Manager with demonstrated leadership experience to head our Property Management Department. This is a strategic and operational leadership role — ideal for someone who has successfully led teams of Property Managers or Agents and is ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic regional business.
You'll oversee performance, mentor staff, and contribute to business growth across a diverse portfolio that spans residential, commercial, and remote housing services.
- Lead and manage the Property Management team, ensuring alignment with EARE's values, standards, and compliance frameworks
- Oversee portfolio performance and ensure exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders
- Guide the team in managing applications, lease documentation, inspections, and day-to-day operations
- Drive conflict resolution and negotiation strategies across the department
- Collaborate with Directors to manage departmental budgets, policies, and growth strategies
- Lead initiatives to expand the rent roll, improve client satisfaction, and elevate team capability
- Provide regular reporting to business owner and contribute to operational decision-making
- Full department leadership including recruitment, performance management, and professional development
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or higher)
- Extensive experience in a Senior Property Manager or Head of Department role
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of Property Managers or Agents
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation (NT knowledge desirable)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Desirable: Additional qualifications or experience in project management, finance, or business operations
- Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
- Australian Citizenship or full working rights
- Tech confidence (Microsoft Office, real estate software)
