Beulah Park, SA | Full-Time | Premium Dining

Lune Bar & Eatery is one of Adelaide's most distinctive dining rooms. Modern, elegant and built around warmth, genuine hospitality and an ever-evolving food and wine experience.

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the elevated standards that define Lune. Working closely with our Venue Manager and Head Chef, you'll champion exceptional service, nurture our team culture, and bring strong wine knowledge to the floor.

What you'll do

  • Lead day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth and memorable service
  • Inspire and mentor a passionate FOH team
  • Curate and elevate our guest experience through product knowledge and detail
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Venue Manager to maintain operational excellence
  • Oversee wine service, assist with list development and supplier relationships
  • Manage stock control and training in line with EMBR's standards

About you

  • Proven experience in restaurant or venue management within a premium dining environment
  • Deep passion for food, wine and genuine hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach and calm composure under pressure
  • WSET or formal wine training advantageous
