We're Garrison — perched high above the rugged coastline of Albany, Western Australia — and we're on the hunt for a restaurant manager who's equal parts hospitality ninja, charming ringmaster, and fearless leader.

If you've managed restaurants where the napkins are folded just so, the cocktails arrive cold, and the guests leave grinning — you might just be our kind of weird.


Who We Are:
  • A celebrated fine dining restaurant and bar with panoramic ocean views, exceptional food, a cracking wine list, and a wicked sense of humour.
  • We believe in warm welcomes, cool-headed service, and food that speaks louder than influencers.
  • Our team is tight-knit, fast-moving, and full of character — just like our customers (but with more aprons).

Who You Are:
  • A seasoned restaurant manager with experience in a similar venue in Australia or Europe with fine dining experience and a "no table left behind" attitude.
  • A natural leader who can rally the floor team, finesse the floorplan, and have a laugh doing it.
  • You can quote reservation stats and wine pairings in the same sentence — and make it sound sexy.
  • You love service, hate mediocrity, and know exactly how to deliver the kind of night people rave about.
  • Ready to commit to a 12-month minimum contract, start when you say you will, and show up like a pro.
  • If you have experience with Square POS, Restoke, Employment Hero, this would put you in a league above
