We're looking for a
Test Director
who brings deep and recent experience in
Financial Services
and a passion for building modern quality practices. You'll work closely with several of our FS clients to
uplift QA capability
, lead delivery across major transformation initiatives, and help shape what "good" looks like for testing across the sector.

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise testing engagements across core banking, payments, regulatory, and digital transformation programs.
  • Define and implement QA strategies, governance, and frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide delivery teams, ensuring consistency and excellence across multiple workstreams.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bring thought leadership in automation, DevOps integration, and enterprise quality engineering.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience leading QA or test delivery in Financial Services environments (banking, insurance, superannuation, or payments).
  • Proven track record running large-scale or multi-vendor engagements and delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • A strategic mindset paired with hands-on delivery credibility.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you can engage confidently at all levels, from delivery teams to C-suite.
  • Experience in consultancy or vendor-side leadership roles is highly regarded.
