We are seeking an exceptional
QMA & Test Director
to join our Sydney team - a senior leader who can
drive strategic Quality Maturity Assessments (QMA)
, lead
independent test audits
, and
direct complex testing programs
across Tier 1 financial institutions.


Your Impact

As a QMA & Test Director, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and transformation leaders. You will shape the strategic direction of large-scale testing initiatives, assess quality maturity, and drive operational excellence across critical programs.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and delivering
    QMA engagements
    for major financial services clients.
  • Conducting
    independent testing audits
    to identify gaps, risks, and uplift opportunities.
  • Designing and implementing
    target-state testing strategies
    and transformation roadmaps.
  • Directing
    large, complex testing programs
    across multiple workstreams and delivery partners.
  • Championing best-practice testing methodologies, automation strategies, and DevOps alignment.
  • Providing thought leadership and mentoring senior consultants to raise capability across teams.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience
    in quality engineering, testing strategy, or advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in
    QMA delivery and testing audits
    for Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Proven ability to
    lead complex, multi-vendor testing programs
    at enterprise scale.
  • Strong understanding of regulated financial environments, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing modern testing operating models.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • A consultative mindset and a passion for driving measurable transformation.
