They are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead their Workday Adaptive Planning initiatives through implementations and transformative phases with their customers.
The opportunity
The Associate Director, Workday Adaptive Planning, will guide, mentor and lead consultants and consultants within the practice. Spearhead the strategic implementation, optimisation, and management of Workday Adaptive Planning to support the client's financial planning and analysis objectives. The role demands technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to ensure seamless system integration and adoption across key project initiatives delivered to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading implementations, oversee and drive end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Fostering and building on client relationships to drive business growth and expand opportunities.
- Drive strategic planning by collaborating with CFO's, Head of Finance and business leaders to align Workday Adaptive Planning with their organisational goals.
- Manage your own project portfolio with autonomy, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work alongside the sales team to support pre-sales activities, such as conducting proof of concepts, demonstrations, and providing effort estimations.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Essential experience
- Must have FP&A experience and qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Minimum of 2 years working with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- A background in consulting or professional services.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on building, inspiring, and developing teams.
- Proven ability to engage and manage senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills to successfully lead projects and expand business opportunities.
