Offensive Security, Director.

We're partnering with one of Australia's top offensive security teams who are expanding their team. This is your chance to step into a senior leadership role within a high-performing cyber practice that delivers complex offensive security programs across enterprise and critical environments. You'll work with an ambitious and supportive team that values impact, innovation, and genuine flexibility.

As a Director in Offensive Security, you will:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end offensive security engagements
  • Manage and mentor a high-calibre team of penetration testers and red team operators
  • Translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights
  • Build strong client relationships and grow key accounts
  • Support strategic direction, capability uplift and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to pre-sales, proposals and technical advisory
  • Drive sophisticated security testing programs across: Penetration testing, Red Teaming & adversary simulation, OT & ICS security assessments, mobile and network testing.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive offensive security experience
  • Strong technical background
    across pen testing/red teaming
  • Experience leading delivery and mentoring technical teams
  • Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CREST CCT, CRTO (or equivalent capability)
  • Ability to communicate confidently with execs and technical stakeholders
  • Curiosity, innovation mindset and appetite to build and scale teams
