We are seeking experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join us as we expand our service in 2026, including the significant growth of our funded three- and four-year-old kindergarten programs at our Deer Park early learning service.
Our beautiful, purpose-built centre features the latest in early learning design, providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years. Most importantly, we foster a warm, collaborative, and professional environment where educators truly thrive.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging kindergarten programs for three- and/or four-year-olds, ideally commencing in December 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a family-operated service with over 20 years' experience in delivering exceptional early education and care across Melbourne.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a fun, safe, healthy, and productive learning environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, carers, and staff
- Develop and implement the educational program, achieving high-quality learning outcomes
- Ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
- Current First Aid certificate, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, professional, and focused team
- Bring passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care
