We're seeking an experienced, hands-on professional for the newly created National Branch Operations Coordinator role within our Logistics team.
Reporting to the Head of Branch Operations you'll work directly with branches across Australia to standardise operations, resolve issues, implement best practices, and ensure every location delivers the same high level of service. This role will see you driving operational excellence, providing targeted training, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
This is a branch and office-based role with regular interstate travel.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide operational support to branches, ensuring policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently applied
- Resolve escalated operational issues quickly and effectively
- Implement new systems, processes, and services across branches
- Deliver targeted training and onboarding in collaboration with L&D teams
- Maintain up-to-date operational manuals, resources, and training materials
- Identify skills gaps and provide coaching to improve performance
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor operational performance metrics and report key insights to management
- Ensure compliance with WHS, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Act as the main point of contact for internal audits and compliance reviews
What You'll Bring
- Experience in branch or operations management, preferably in automotive or logistics
- Strong understanding of operational procedures and service delivery standards
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
- Professional, polished approach when representing the company
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Willingness to travel regularly to branches nationwide
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-focused with a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in operational reporting and documentation tools
- Current full Australian driver's licence
