Branch Manager – Fulfilment, Sales & Operations

The Role
This is a hands on leadership role overseeing all aspects of branch operations—from financial performance and team management to fleet, property, and equipment oversight. You'll also play a key role in driving local sales activity, managing a dedicated salesperson, and contributing directly to business development efforts.
You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team and empowered to drive strategic initiatives, refine operational processes, and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full accountability for branch performance, including P&L
- Leading and developing a diverse team, including sales staff
- Driving local sales activity and business development
- Managing fleet logistics, service standards, and asset maintenance
- Executing operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You're a natural leader—positive, grounded, and solutions focused. You thrive in a people first environment and bring strong communication skills, a passion for mentoring, and a drive to deliver results. You're commercially minded, confident in sales conversations, and motivated by growth.
Your background may include experience in fleet management, automotive services, insurance, car rental, or claims—but above all, you bring proven leadership capability, a track record of operational success, and a strong sales orientation.
