We are seeking graduates who are genuinely motivated to make a difference in healthcare. This 24-month structured graduate program is designed to launch your career in health analytics with Gold Coast Health. You will rotate across three innovative teams, giving you exposure to how data drives real impacts in healthcare.

The Role

This role contributes to routine reporting, auditing, and preliminary data analysis tasks to support informed decision-making across the health service. We give you the tools to thrive with ongoing training, guidance, and dedicated mentorship from experienced analysts.

You will

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., data science, statistics, public health, informatics, business) is highly desirable
  • Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
  • Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

  • Temporary full-time (4 positions available, 12 months with possibility of extension)
  • Base Salary ranging from $ $ per annum
