RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking defence capability professionals with strong interpersonal and technical skills. The roles are full-time permanent roles and will support our clients and teams in planning and delivery major, complex defence capability projects.Core skillsets that we are seeking are: project management, systems engineering and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management, systems engineering or integrated logistics support for large defence projects and programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new clients and enhance existing relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead the delivery of projects to optimise time, cost and quality outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently through unstructured tasks

About You

  • 3-20 years experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/training
  • Project management training or qualification desirable
  • Able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Baseline NV1 Security Clearance
  • Prior experience working with on defence capability projects is highly regarded
  • Strong team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
