Job Responsibilities:

As our Junior Office Administrator, you will be an integral part of our production process. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary
  • Maintain office supplies, including groceries and stationery
  • Assist with invoicing ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Providing assistance with inventory control
  • Organising monthly office BBQs for team engagement
  • Ad-hoc projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the business

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office administration an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a dedication to exceptional service
  • Initiative to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
