We are an established since 2010 working in the Telecommunication Field across Australia. From home to business - we supply high performance, carrier grade antenna equipment from 700 MHz to 38 GHz for residential and commercial markets.
We design and install products specifically for the communication sector including, towers and bracketry, cellular repeaters, point to multipoint networks and much more.
**Our team**
Providing high-speed communications across urban, regional, rural and remote locations, requires a dedicated and diverse complement of highly skilled professionals and support teams.
We are field technicians, electricians, ACMA licensed cablers, steel fabricators, draftspersons, network engineers, qualified sales and support operators.
**Who are we looking for**
We are seeking an experienced, friendly team member with excellent communication skills to join our team This is a dual role in Receptionist & Showroom sales If you are looking for an exciting new role and have the skills and attributes required for this position, we would love to hear.
**Responsibilities**
- Be a frontline Ambassador for Telco Antennas by providing exceptional Sales and Customer Service skills
- Provide advice and support to all visitors to the Telco Antenna showroom
- Provide quotes, follow up and after sales care
- Respond to all inbound calls and redirect in a timely manner
- Address customer enquiries and ensure all customer concerns are dealt with tactfully and resolved quickly
- Maintain the cleanliness and quality of the showroom displays
- General administrative tasks, including balance of eftpos sales.

**Salary**: $27.50 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
