The Why
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and deliver analysis and insight to the Chief of Staff and Ubank CEO to help understand and drive strategic decisions, business performance and the overall strategy of Ubank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Playing a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organisation's strategic agenda and future direction.
  • Responsible for working with the CEO Ubank and Ubank Leadership team to define key priorities for the financial year.
  • Responsible for working on early-stage priorities that require research, design and problem solving to flesh out an initial concept.
  • See through key strategic projects in the early stages of delivery to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders internal to Ubank and the Group (e.g. Group Strategy and other key partners), and externally as required, facilitating effective planning, preparation, communication and collaboration.

Your Experience:

  • Experience in banking and financial services and/or professional services/consulting
  • Previous experience in leadership roles including strategy and/or consulting
  • Experience working in fast paced and dynamic environments delivering results Excellent organisation and planning, and focus on results delivery with commercial and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability in complex analytical problem-solving (e.g., hypothesis-based problem solving), and exercising sound judgment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
