We are seeking experienced Relief Residential Building Managers to support a range of residential buildings across Sydney.

Multiple positions are available, covering different sites and days, giving you flexibility and variety in your work.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential buildings
  • Coordinate contractors, maintenance, and service providers
  • Ensure buildings are maintained to high standards of safety, compliance, and presentation
  • Respond to resident queries professionally and promptly
  • Support permanent Building Managers during leave or busy periods
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Residential Building Manager
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple sites and schedules
  • Ability to quickly take ownership of responsibilities
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable
