An opportunity as a Business Development Officer - Events has become available at Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA), to assist the Gallery to build and maintain external networks with corporate members and the wider corporate sector; and cultural precinct partners.

The position is available for commencement in June 2025.

Key duties include:

  1. Build and manage relationships with the Gallery's corporate membership bodies, the Chairman's Circle and Asia Pacific Council, including delivery of events & benefits, and renewal of membership.
  2. Provide research and analysis in relation to corporate membership opportunities and trends in the arts sector and related fields.
  3. Liaise with corporate members to ensure contractual obligations are met, including logo approvals and acknowledgments, distribution of publications, tickets and merchandise, & coordinating and preparing reports.
  4. Provide events co-ordination on and off site, administration and other support relating to all Business Development & Partnerships (BDP) events including Business Leaders Network (Chairman's Circle and Asia Pacific Council); Sponsor Previews; Reconciliation Circle and other relevant stakeholder engagement events.
