**What will I be doing?**

Joining us as a Business Development Executive you will start your journey with on the job training, learning all aspects of recruitment and employment.

You will learn how to develop a portfolio of drivers and customers and become their account manager to manage their needs on a daily basis.

Once you have mastered this area of the business you will then learn to go out to meet with potential customers to demonstrate how great you are at delivering a fantastic service to them to assist in all of their recruitment needs.

With your ongoing learning and development you will learn all about running a recruitment business to put you in a great position to develop your career to many varied career paths and opportunities.

**What are we looking for?**:
We are a people business, so as well as your academic expertise we need team members that are outgoing, very competitive, talkative, focused, energetic, funny (or can sing if you can’t tell jokes) - go getters.

You will have a degree in business studies or sales and marketing or have recruitment agency or B2B sales experience already.

If you are willing to learn, talk a lot, be patient and continuously strive to be the best, you will be rewarded.
