Gain hands-on experience as an Undergraduate Student in Nursing.

We're seeking enthusiastic Undergraduate Students in Nursing (NG2) to join the Nursing & Midwifery Resourcing Unit across Logan and Beaudesert. This casual opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting Registered Nurses, building foundational clinical skills, and contributing to safe, person-centred care across multiple hospital settings.

Your new role:

As a USIN, you'll support the multidisciplinary team by assisting Registered Nurses with safe, person-centred care while developing your clinical capability and confidence.

  • Assist RNs with delegated direct and indirect nursing care tasks.
  • Deliver compassionate, safe care aligned with person-centred care principles.
  • Prioritise workload, complete documentation, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Work across Logan, Beaudesert and Eight Mile Plains facilities as rostered.

You're an emerging nurse with strong values, a growth mindset, and a commitment to providing inclusive and compassionate care.

  • Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, respect and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow direction, escalate concerns, and contribute to safe care.
  • Commitment to professional development and reflective clinical practice.
  • Currently undertaking approved pre-registration nursing studies (as per NMBA requirements).
