About the role
Provide expert clinical nursing care and leadership within the Rehabilitation and Acute Stroke and Rehabilitation Day Therapy Unit at The Prince Charles Hospital. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with diverse conditions, support team development, and contribute to continuous service improvement and education within a multidisciplinary environment.
About you
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician who can:
- Deliver advanced, patient-centred care using expert clinical assessment and intervention.
- Respond effectively to complex or changing clinical situations and guide team members.
- Support learning and development for patients, families, and nursing staff.
- Promote quality improvement, safety, and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate across disciplines to provide coordinated, holistic care.
