About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse within the Geriatric and Rehabilitation Service at STARS, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to support older adults and rehabilitation patients in their recovery journey. Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider interprofessional team, you will play a key role in promoting optimal patient outcomes within a supportive, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, person-centred care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for individuals and groups.
  • Recognise and promptly report changes in a patient's health status.
  • Maintain professional standards, ethical practice, and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, education, and a culture of safety and teamwork.
