Your role
Parramatta Transitional Centre houses female inmates working towards their integration into the community. As a Manager at Parramatta Transitional Centre, your role is to lead and manage operations and administration within a Transitional Centre to support effective rehabilitation, reduce re-offending, and enhance community safety. Provide leadership and staff development while fostering a collaborative, ethical, and high-performing workplace to deliver quality outcomes and meet organisational goals.
Key Responsibilites:
Oversee planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of support services that enable residents to successfully reintegrate into the community
Provide strong leadership and coaching to staff, fostering professional growth, teamwork, ethical behaviour, and a high-performance culture
Ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while meeting organisational and community safety objectives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated reintegration support
Manage business and administrative requirements for a diverse offender base, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a human services related field (or equivalent experience in frontline human service delivery).
Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Demonstrated conflict management, negotiation, people and resource management skills
