HR Business Partner
to deliver world-class support to our business leaders and leadership teams. This is a high-impact role where you'll provide expert advice, insight, and practical support to drive commercial success through effective people strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, acting as a trusted consultant to the Business leaders.
  • Understand the unique commercial, cultural, and strategic priorities of each business area.
  • Partner with leadership teams to deliver tailored people solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Champion the HR agenda and ensure it supports the broader commercial strategy.
  • Lead the annual people cycle: talent and succession planning, performance calibration, pay reviews, development planning, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a key member of leadership teams, providing strategic HR input and support.
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions and drive impactful people interventions.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects across the business.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Participate in Lockton-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Support and coach HR team members, contributing to their growth and development.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Relevant HR or Reward qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven HR business partnering experience in a global or complex business environment.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at a strategic level.
  • Exposure or experience in change management, organisational development or Reward centres of excellence (beneficial but not essential).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link HR strategy to business outcomes.
  • Skilled at working across organisational and regional boundaries.
  • Gravitas and confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate about the impact of effective HR business partnering.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused approach.
  • Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with financial services or insurance markets (preferred).
