The Role

We're looking for a
Senior Project Manager
who can take ownership of projects end-to-end — from initiation through to handover. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to junior staff, and a champion of CTPG's values.

This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability and smooth delivery. You'll anticipate risks before they escalate, resolve disputes with professionalism, and consistently leave clients happy — turning them into raving fans who come back for more.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven track record in client-side project management, ideally with strong superintendent/construction delivery experience
  • Depth in the "back end" of projects — including contracts, programming, EOTs, variations, quality, and close-out
  • The ability to resolve disputes and navigate complex issues with confidence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — a natural relationship builder
  • Leadership qualities: you'll mentor junior team members, be a role model, and bring energy to the team
  • A network that respects and recommends you
  • Relevant degree in
    Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
