Our client is a highly regarded national project management consultancy with a strong track record across education, health, commercial, and government sectors. Due to continued project wins, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Sydney team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of large and complex schools infrastructure projects, managing delivery from early planning through to completion. You will provide leadership across project teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with government frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of major schools infrastructure projects across all phases
  • Acting as the primary client interface and trusted advisor
  • Managing and mentoring project managers and assistant PMs
  • Overseeing budgets, programs, reporting, and governance
  • Ensuring compliance with NSW Government standards and procurement frameworks

About you:

  • Significant experience delivering schools infrastructure projects in NSW (essential)
  • 8+ years' project management experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management
