About the Role: Warehouse Manager

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our NSW facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving efficiency, safety, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory handling, assembly, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Lead, train and support a small team of 2-3 warehouse staff.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation.
  • Use and manage systems including MYOB Acumatica for warehouse operations.

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm.


About You

You're a go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine care for customers and team members. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in warehousing, assembly and pick/pack operations.
  • Strong planning and communication skills.
  • Reliability and a team-first mindset.
  • Forklift license.
  • Experience with MYOB Acumatica (advantageous).
  • A valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
