We're seeking a motivated IT Site Services Officer to join a collaborative technology team providing end-user computing, desktop support, and infrastructure services across a busy enterprise environment. Based on site in Osborne Park, WA, you'll be the go-to person for IT support across hardware, software, networks, and business applications.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems face-to-face, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to and resolving IT incidents and service requests (via ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools).
  • Supporting and maintaining a wide range of technologies including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, Intune, VMware, DNS, DHCP, SQL, File & Print Servers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues across servers, switches, PCs, printers, and network devices.
  • Installing, configuring, and monitoring business applications and systems.
  • Maintaining accurate system documentation and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborating with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing after-hours support as part of an on-call roster (allowances apply).
  • Contributing to IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Systems Support, or Site Services.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server/Desktop OS, Exchange, Intune, SCCM, VMware, SQL, and TCP/IP networking protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a national IT team.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence (essential, as you'll be moving between sites).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with scripting, automation, or application packaging.
  • Background in laboratory, healthcare, or radiology information systems.
  • IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, ITIL, etc.).
