Milestones Education is established to provide premium learning experience. To help promote Australia's high-quality education and outstanding programs to the global market, the Melbourne-based institute seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our marketing team.

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position manages the sales function of the marketing and sales department building and strengthening our engagement with industry, increasing brand awareness, meeting sales targets, ensuring consistent messaging and increasing lead generation.

  • Design tailored marketing and sales strategies then assisting with execution of the plan to meet targets aligned with the marketing and sales strategy
  • Analyse, evaluate and report results and impacts of sales activities on a monthly basis
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve sales target and organisational objectives.
  • Create engaging content for staff and students, manage corporate social media accounts
  • Monitor social media marketing results and provide feedback to support continuous improvement to increase brand portfolio.
  • Assisting with the orientation, social activities programmes on campus
  • Assist with tasks to support the development and execution of departmental marketing strategies.
  • Providing high levels of student services in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedure

  • Experience and skills in marketing and sales within international education
  • Understanding of international education sector and agency networks
  • Experience in providing student services
  • You must be based in Melbourne and have appropriate work rights
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
  • You must be able to speak Spanish, Portuguese fluently
