About the role

We're excited to introduce a
new volunteer opportunity
within CLCN's growing External Communication Division. As our
Public Relationship Manager
, you'll play a key role in helping us connect with guest speakers, community partners, and award bodies — ensuring our programs are impactful, well-supported, and publicly recognised.

Key responsibilities

As Public Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Secure Guest Speakers

Support CLCN's flagship programs — including the
Public Speaking Club
and
Student Care Initiative
— by identifying, contacting, securing, and coordinating external speakers and facilitators.

  • Support Award Applications

Work closely with the executive team to identify award opportunities, coordinate submissions, and manage a calendar of key deadlines to raise CLCN's public profile.

  • B
    uild Strategic Relationships

Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with
community organisations, student clubs, and multicultural networks
to increase visibility and foster collaboration.

  • Passionate about youth empowerment, community engagement, or cultural inclusion
  • Experienced in PR, student leadership, or community development for at least
