About the Role
We're on the lookout for a passionate and purpose-driven Lifestyle and Volunteer Manager to join our team. If you're an experienced leader with a strong background in consumer care, volunteer management, and program delivery, we want to hear from you This is an exciting full-time opportunity to take a key role in enhancing the well-being of our residents and expanding our volunteer program. As the Lifestyle and Volunteer Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of various lifestyle programs aimed at improving the physical, emotional, and social health of our residents. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of site lifestyle staff, ensuring they are well-supported, trained, and equipped to deliver quality care and enriching programs.

About You
You're a proactive and compassionate professional who thrives in a role where consumer care, volunteer engagement, and continuous improvement intersect. You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, always looking for ways to enhance experiences for both consumers and volunteers. With strong leadership skills, you have experience managing volunteer programs and driving initiatives that improve the quality of care. You excel at building relationships with community groups and have a deep understanding of the aged care sector. Your excellent communication skills allow you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and your organisational abilities ensure you stay on top of deadlines, manage competing priorities, and create a positive, supportive environment for both staff and volunteers.
