Key Responsibilities:

· Support solicitors with contract drafting, document review, and legal research

· Provide support on commercial transaction files and assist with due diligence

· Prepare court and client documents in compliance with legal standards

· Communicate professionally with clients, regulators, and third parties

· Organise and maintain case files and legal databases

· Availability to work three days per week with flexibility around university commitments

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years' as a law student

· An interest in commercial law

· Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
