Your Role
As a
Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist (Sales)
, you'll be the connector, trainer, and motivator behind our
channel partner network
. You'll recruit and train partners who can refer local businesses — cafés, restaurants, salons, retailers — to KPay, helping them grow while supporting our expansion.
- Recruit Partners
– Find and onboard local connectors, side hustlers, or small business owners who can refer merchants to KPay. - Pitch & Present
– Host info sessions, deliver presentations, and showcase why KPay is the right platform for them. - Train & Support
– Coach partners on referrals, motivate them, and provide ongoing guidance. - Lead Management
– Help qualify and close some of the leads referred by partners. - Host Events
– Run onboarding workshops, meetups, and community sessions. - Build Structure
– Create systems and processes to keep everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Who We're Looking For

sales DNA
who thrives on working with people and building communities.
- Background in
sales, recruitment, or business development
(field sales/BDM a big plus) - Strong presentation, pitching, and relationship-building skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable leading group sessions
- Resilient and hardworking — thrives under pressure
- People-driven — enjoys coaching, mentoring, and motivating others
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable — sees opportunities in every interaction
