About The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional and outstanding results-driven Senior Call Centre Manager to lead our Compare the Market and iSelect General Insurance outbound call centre. In this role, you'll own the execution and delivery of performance, inspire and empower leaders and agents to build a high-performance culture that fuels growth. This is not a strategic overseeing role, this is a hand on, leading from the front, high visibility sales role.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to consistently exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and coach sales leaders to sharpen their skills, boost confidence and drive results.
- Oversee workforce planning and capacity management, ensuring appropriate coverage and resourcing to support performance and service-level expectations.
- Design and implement powerful incentive programs that directly reward sales success and fuel competitive performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove sales blockers and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Streamline sales processes and leverage tools that enhance efficiency, increase conversions, and maximise performance.
- Foster a results-driven culture grounded in accountability, high engagement, and outstanding customer outcomes.
- Lead change management initiatives that improve sales processes, customer experience, or regulatory outcomes, and ensure frontline adoption.

About you
You're a highly motivated, self starter,people-focused leader who thrives in high-volume, sales-driven and results driven environments and knows how to deliver results while building an engaged, high-performing team.
- 5+ years in senior contact centre leadership, with proven success in driving sales, efficiency, and culture.
- Demonstrated results showing a hisory and pedigree of consistently out performing sales and related metric targets.
- Strong ability to coach and develop leaders, building scalable performance systems and routines.
- Deep understanding of sales KPIs, compliance, productivity metrics, using data to drive strategic change.
- Hands-on experience with dialler strategy, CRM platforms, and workforce management tools.
- A track record of designing incentive programs that motivate teams and align with commercial goals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience leading change and embedding continuous improvement.
