
Senior Call Centre Coordinator

The Mater Pathology is seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our call centre team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high volumes of calls and inquiries for Pathology and resolving or redirecting to the appropriate department/staff member/extension
- Organizing home visits for patients
- Liaising with couriers for pickups where required
- Updating patient information
- Performing administrative duties as required
- Contribution to an efficient, productive, and positive workplace and communication and cooperation with fellow workers to promote teamwork within the department
- Participation in regular meetings to review current work practices and participation in developmental courses
Requirements for this role include:
- Data entry and call center experience
- Proficient computer and typing skills and ability to utilize multiple computer systems
- A commitment to excellent service and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as a team member
- Demonstrated commitment to the Mater Mission and values
- Understanding of medical and pathology terminology
