ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Logistics Trade and Commercial Coordinator to join our global logistics team. This is a vital role to support the execution of commercial, freight, and trade compliance strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Track and analyse freight costs across all transportation modes.
- Maintain freight rate cards and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Liaise with customs brokers and prepare documentation for audits.
- Support reporting on freight cost performance versus budget.
- Use digital tools to enhance freight tracking and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with freight providers and resolve service issues.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics and trade who wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in international freight forwarding & logistics operations.
- Ability to build rapport with internal & external customers and service providers.
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills with ability to analyse freight cost data and provide insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills.
