About the role

Join the team at Your style rendering' as a Rendering professional based in Geelong, VIC. This full-time role will see you utilising your expertise in the Building Trades industry to deliver high-quality rendering services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare surfaces for rendering according to industry best practices
  • Apply render mixes to exterior and interior surfaces using appropriate techniques
  • Finish rendered surfaces to a smooth, consistent and aesthetically pleasing standard
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the wider team to coordinate project schedules and logistics
  • Maintain detailed records and provide progress updates as required

What we're looking for

  • Several years of practical experience as a Renderer, preferably within the Building Trades industry
  • Minimum 1-2 years of rendering experience required
  • Strong technical skills in surface preparation, render application and finishing techniques
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations and safety procedures
  • Valid construction industry white card required at commencement
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Demonstrated experience in exterior rendering projects essential
  • Australian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
